poppk Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and poppk ("poppk", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the poppk website accessible at poppk.cam, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality made available through the Platform.

poppk is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform designed for Pakistani users. The Platform offers sports wagering markets — including but not limited to Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and boxing — together with live casino games, slot titles and related services, presented in a PKR-friendly, mobile-first interface.

By registering an account, accessing any part of the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on poppk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required under the laws of your jurisdiction or the applicable operator license, whichever is greater.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period or account suspension imposed by poppk or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of any such person employed by poppk or its technology or service providers.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out above. poppk reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close Accounts that do not satisfy these requirements.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one Account on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to relevant authorities.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication code with any third party. poppk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify poppk immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access.

poppk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method before a withdrawal is processed or at any time at poppk's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays. KYC documentation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are subject to settlement of any outstanding bets and completion of any pending KYC requirements. Where an Account is closed by poppk due to a breach of these Terms, remaining balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform surfaces familiar Pakistani payment references including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as contextual references. None of these payment providers endorse, sponsor or are affiliated with poppk or online gambling services. Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change; Users should check the live cashier for confirmed options at any given time.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as applicable transaction limits, are specified within the cashier section of your Account. These limits may vary by payment method and Account status. poppk reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and internal review. poppk aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and verification status. poppk reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or compliance checks.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and return of the deposited funds.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to poppk's general betting rules and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general principles apply to all wagering activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. poppk reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be amended or cancelled by the User except where an in-play cash-out option is explicitly offered and utilised before the relevant event concludes.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to connection reliability. poppk is not responsible for bets lost or delayed due to User-side connectivity issues.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, poppk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, regardless of the displayed outcome.
• Bets on matches or events subsequently found to be corrupted, fixed or subject to integrity concerns may be voided at poppk's discretion.
• poppk is not affiliated with PCB, PSL, ICC or any sports governing body. Reference to Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 or ICC tournaments is for sports-context identification only.

Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are set by poppk and vary by market, event and Account status. These limits are displayed within the betslip at time of wager and are subject to change without prior notice.

poppk may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload promotions and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are available only to eligible registered Users who have completed any required verification steps.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any associated winnings become withdrawable as real money. Wagering requirements vary by offer and are stated clearly in promotion details.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on the games or markets specified in the promotion. Stakes placed on excluded markets will not count towards wagering requirements.
• poppk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or refuse to award a bonus to any User where there is evidence of abuse, system exploitation or breach of these Terms.
• Each eligible User is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times via duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or unfulfilled bonus balances that expire will be removed from the Account automatically.

poppk is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Users manage their gambling activity. These tools are available within the Account dashboard and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's Account or credentials.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration, KYC or any other interaction with poppk.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technological tools to interact with the Platform, place bets or exploit any feature.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider information exploitation or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any market or game.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud or any activity intended to conceal the origins of funds deposited on the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or compromise any element of the Platform's security infrastructure.
• Exploiting any software bug, pricing error or system vulnerability rather than reporting it promptly to poppk support.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or operating any form of betting syndicate without explicit written consent from poppk.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the poppk name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, interfaces, data compilations and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of poppk or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling and entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from poppk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, poppk, its directors, employees, agents and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising from or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

poppk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. poppk expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

In no event shall poppk's total aggregate liability to any User for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

poppk reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where poppk reasonably believes that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

Upon termination for cause, poppk may forfeit any outstanding Bonus Funds and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, may also forfeit real-money balances to the extent permitted by applicable law. Real-money balances in Accounts closed for reasons other than breach will be returned to the User via the original payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure for responsible gambling reasons may be processed as a self-exclusion where the User requests this.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which poppk is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through poppk's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable license jurisdiction.

poppk makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. It is each User's responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform complies with all applicable local laws, regulations and restrictions. Pakistani users are specifically reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and other applicable legislation may restrict or prohibit online gambling activity. This notice does not constitute legal advice; Users should seek independent legal counsel if uncertain about their obligations.

poppk reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, poppk will notify active Users via the email address registered to the Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.
